The CFNR Library Seat Reservation is back!
Please be reminded that only those students who are included in the Masterlist for Limited Face to Face (2nd Semester, AY 2021-2022) will be accommodated. Reserve your seat via https://bit.ly/CFNRLibSeatReservation.
Guidelines for Visiting Users:
1. Get your body temperature through the scanner.
2. Fill out the OHMS health status and generate a building pass or fill out the triage questionnaire provided by the Officer of the Day (OTD).
3. Present the building pass/filled-out triage questionnaire.
4. Scan your QR Code (LB LAB ID). Record your name and body temperature on the logbook.
5. Then, you may now enter the library premises.
Remember:
-Kindly wait for the confirmation of your seat reservation via email before going to the library.
-Wearing your face mask is a MUST.
-You are allowed to seat ONLY at your designated area.
-Please don’t go if you’re not feeling well. STAY AT HOME.
