The CFNR Library participated in the annual University Library Fair on 10 September 2024, themed, “UPLB Libraries: Enabling Campus Synergy for a Sustainable Digital Future”. This year’s event highlighted various resources and services offered by the UPLB libraries and officially launched initiatives such as the UPLB Library of Things, UPLB ALIVErary, UPLB Infoskilled, and AKTO. Prepared by unit libraries, the fair featured booths with interactive activities and games, providing students with engaging learning experiences.
The CFNR Library booth was lively and filled with camaraderie as students participated in a variety of engaging activities. Facilitated by CFNR library staff and student assistants, participants enjoyed games based on the five human senses–sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch–, while competing for exciting prizes and giveaways. The festive atmosphere was further enhanced by delicious snacks, creating a welcoming and enjoyable space.
Through these interactive games and informative displays, CFNR Library reaffirmed its commitment in enhancing the students’ experiences and fostering a community of knowledge in the digital age.
