CFNR Library’s 21st Information Literacy Program: stay UPdated

The CFNR Library recently conducted its 21st Information Literacy Program (ILP): stay UPdated last 03 October 2022 via Zoom. The said activity was attended by FOR 195 (Research Methods in Forestry and Natural Resources) students of Mr. Alfie M. Torres, Course Coordinator.

The three ILP sessions were a venue to showcase the University Library’s online databases, share insights in evaluating types of information sources, discuss how to cite and reference information using Mendeley, and give a hands-on presentation on Turnitin and how to avoid plagiarism.

The library hopes that the students gained knowledge that would aid them further in their research.
